Estimating is often said to be one of the most important components of running a successful body shop. Our goal is to capture as much up front as possible before the repair process begins. A thorough estimate will prevent complications later on.
By carefully developing and formulating a mutual understanding of the vehicle condition, the areas in need of repair, and the pre-existing damage, our estimators can ensure quality service to all of our valued customers.
Meet Shelby Strebel,
A.U.T.O. Collision Estimator
Shelby’s been in the auto collision repair industry for nearly three years. Customer satisfaction is one of the best parts of the work she does and says her willingness to go the extra mile helps her achieve happy customers.
Shelby doesn’t need an alarm clock to get out of bed each morning. That’s because her dog, Maui, has assumed that role, pestering Shelby until she provides food. They can often be found side-by-side, simply enjoying one another’s companionship.
She serves a grateful nation as a member of the Army Reserve, where she has just been promoted to Drill Sergeant. In her off time, you’ll likely find her enjoying sports and following the LA Dodgers. Her dream car would be a 1968 Shelby.

Your vehicle’s paint and factory finish doesn’t just provide color and shine to your car, and make it look like the day it rolled off the showroom floor, but it also protects it from premature rusting and corrosion. It serves as the primary barrier between outdoor elements and the sheet metal beneath your car’s exterior […]
