The Coronavirus has forced the cancellation of many events and closures of many of the venues in the Salt Lake City and Sandy, Utah, area. But what if you could attend these events from the comfort of your home? Well, many events are still being held, just without the presence of an audience or guests, and they are adding the ability for an audience to be present by attending virtually. Below, we have a list of events in April and how you can attend virtually from the safety of your home!

Echo Talent Daily Livestream

With music venues and restaurants closed every day in April, @echotalentmanagement on Instagram is hosting live music from local musicians and DJs. Echo talent is a Salt Lake City-based music and model agency. This daily live stream is free and family-friendly.

Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Bringing the Aquarium to you, video series

The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium is bringing the aquarium to you in the comfort of your home with exciting videos you can enjoy with the whole family. The video series will run through the whole month of April, starting at 3:00 p.m. on each of the social media platforms for the aquarium. The video series will include educational videos, science experiments, animal encounters, and special features from behind the scenes.

Murray Museum Digital Tour

The Murray Museum celebrates the heritage of the Murray community by fostering appreciation for the city’s past. While promoting understanding of local diversity, and connections between the current and past residents, the museum illustrates how the city moved from an agricultural beginning to a booming smelter town and how the city was created from the interplay between those elements.
